Generation Liberty Scholarship

The SPN Generation Liberty Scholarship (GLS) is a $1,000 scholarship for eligible young professionals to attend the SPN Annual Meeting — the largest and most significant gathering of free-market state policy professionals in the country. For three days, attendees network, build relationships, learn from one another, and gain new ideas on how to make an impact in their state.

This year's State Policy Network 34th Annual Meeting will be held in Orlando, Florida, from August 24–27.

Please complete the following form to apply for the SPN Generation Liberty Scholarship to attend the State Policy Network's 34th Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. The final deadline to submit your completed application is Friday, May 29, 2026.

Eligibility criteria for the 2026 Generation Liberty Scholarship:

Employed at an SPN Affiliate or Partner

Age 22–30

Preference given to young professionals at SPN Affiliate Think Tanks and to those who have never attended an SPN Annual Meeting
